This morning me, Max & Lucy worked at our church's Pumpkin Patch from 9-11:00! I think we got in 1800 pumpkins a few weeks ago and more than half are already gone!!! We had fun finding all of the bad ones "with yucky pumpkin guts" and moving them to the side!! Max and Lucy just thought that was awesome, although it was a little gross! It was a BEAUTIFUL day with absolutely perfect weather and it felt so good just to be outside enjoying it with the kiddos!! Joey (our student pastor) was there with us and he & Max threw the football all morning. It made Max's day, because he said before we left our house "I don't want to go and take my football, cause Lucy can't catch!!!" He was not happy this morning but when Joey showed up, he saved the day! He even let Max play a game or two on his phone!! It was a great day and we've had fun doing all of the "Pumpkin" stuff the past 2 days:)
