Well, I guess the title of that last post was a joke...."one sleep left"....little did I know that "one sleep" was last night....I was packed early and am now just doing the last minute stuff and am debating on sleeping for 2 hours or just staying up to starting "getting my body into China mode"....I'll let you know how that goes...I am not nervous....I was definitely more nervous about Max and Lucy and leaving them and well, I had to beg for a kiss because they were so excited about spending the night off...so, I guess that is a good thing...I think I would be more anxious if we were getting Alice tomorrow, but since that is still a few days away, I am just excited and looking forward to sitting down for a few hours...sounds kind of inviting...:)
Thank you to everyone that called, sent a text, emailed or came by today...we have the most wonderful friends in the world and you have made us feel so loved! I am going to do my best to keep blogging while we are gone, so please give me some comments so that I know you are there, as we will probably be feeling pretty cut off from everything and everyone...most of all pray for us...Pray for our safety and health and pray for our hearts and for little Alice's heart...that God would prepare us all for this time of coming together as a family..it is going to be beautiful and bittersweet and we are going to need the Lord's help...
Thank you so much! Here we go....
